No Spam Policy.

Business-Horizon.com maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) and spam. We do not consent to receive electronic communications that are irrelevant to our core business operations.

By transmitting unsolicited commercial emails to any address utilizing the "business-horizon.com" domain, or by causing such emails to be transmitted via affiliates, marketing partners, or third-party lead generation agents, the sender accepts full liability under these terms.

Processing, reviewing, and filtering unauthorized commercial communications requires an unacceptable diversion of corporate resources. Consequently, Business Horizon reserves the right to assess a baseline administrative fee of £100 per unsolicited email received, representing a genuine pre-estimate of liquidated damages.

Should a sender deliberately employ deceptive practices—including but not limited to spoofing headers, concealing sender identities, or bypassing opt-out mechanisms—the assessed fee will scale proportionately to reflect the additional technical resources required to identify the originating source.

If an address under the "business-horizon.com" domain is obtained via data harvesting, third-party distribution lists, list brokers, or automated scraping tools, the sender shall be issued an initial advisory notification. Upon receipt, the sender is legally required to provide full, verifiable disclosure regarding the exact transaction, entity, or mechanism through which the email address was acquired.

Any subsequent communication following the initial advisory notification constitutes a knowing, willful violation of these terms. All assessed charges must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A formal corporate remittance invoice will be issued immediately upon receipt of funds.

In the event that legal proceedings, debt collection actions, or formal suits are initiated to enforce any provision of this policy, Business Horizon shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs, administrative expenses, collection agency fees, and statutory legal costs incurred.

This agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, corporate successors, permitted assigns, administrators, and designated legal representatives.

This policy, its terms, and any disputes arising from unauthorized electronic transmissions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically subject to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Both parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The act of transmitting, copying, or blind-copying (BCC) any commercial communication to an address matching the "business-horizon.com" domain establishes definitive, voluntary acceptance of this contract and all associated fee structures.
